Abstract: 

This paper examines the dependence structure between two currencies (Yuan and Euro) before and after Yuan joins the SDR Basket. To this end, we propose SJC copula Time-varying approach for the daily closing price of these currencies for the period 2005-2020. According to the evidence, the behavior of Chinese monetary authorities in response to Euro-Dollar has changed. In the first period, exchange rates are more correlated when they are depreciating against dollar compared to when they are appreciating. This means that the Chinese monetary authorities' priority has been to maintain a competitive advantage in world trade and thus to intervene to depreciate yuan as euro depreciates against dollar. In the second period, with the internationalization of yuan, China's strategy changed and reacted more drastically to the appreciation of Euro against dollar,PBOC intervenes to appreciate Yuan, stabilizing its currency price. In this case, by supporting investors, it encourages them to maintain and even increase the Yuan share in their portfolio.

Abstract: 

Corals belong to Anthozoa and Cnidaria class, consisting of densely populated polyps, each of them individually lives with algae called Zugansentla. Coral reefs are one of the most important and effective factors in marine ecosystems. For this reason, conservation and restoration of this aquatic environment, especially in sustainable development programs, is mentioned. In 2011, a group of coral reef located Shahid Beheshti pier in Chabahar was transferred to safe area under investment of the ports and seaside organization. This corals were endangered due to e development of Shahid Beheshti pier project. Since the corals are subtle, sensitive, fragile and vulnerable, their displacement should be done with maximum caution in order to minimize the chances of breaking and mortality. Coral Carrier was a vehicle which forty-five days used to move coral in the development project of Shahid Beheshti pier. Qua in this period, 18, 000 corals were transferred to a proper location. The study showed that 34 and 76% corals safely relocated by coral Basket and coral carriers respectively. The results of one year monitoring significantly showed 26 and 92% survival of corals performed with coral Basket and coral carriers respectively at the level of P<0. 05. Due to the efficiency of the coral carrier's innovative device and its reliance on coral transfer, this device can be a good alternative to the coral Basket system.

Abstract: 

In watershed studies, erosion and sedimentation is very important. Sediment yield is different I different watersheds. Sediment yield is influenced by different climatic, topographic and anthropogenic factors. This study aims to represent a mathematical relationship between sediment delivery ratio and watershed characteristics of Ghohrood and zavarian Z4 watersheds with different climatic and rainfall regimes, land use patterns and socio- economic features, where erosion and sediment yield have been estimated using EPM and PSIAC methods. Next, sediment delivery ratio was calculated for each basin and its mathematical relationship to basin characteristics was developed. This relationship was stablished between 32 physiographic, land use and hydr-climateic features as independent and SDR as dependent variable. Results indicated that among 9 independent features, area equivalent diameter, and sum of channel length have the highest role in SDR. In order to evaluate the accuracy and efficiency of the model to predict SDR, it was applied for Hossein Abad Neyzar basin. The correlation between SDR and empirical EPM and MPSIAC results and regression-based SDR estimation showed the efficiency and accuracy of the proposed method to use for the region and western-central hillslopes of Zagros and Alburz Mountains.

Abstract: 

The increasing destruction of natural resources, improper use of land, land use change, development of residential areas and environmental pollution, cause waste of natural resources and soil degradation. Due to the emergence of such issues, planning and management for the proper land use, preservation and restoration of resources and paying attention to watershed-oriented strategies seem essential. In this study, which was conducted with the aim of investigating the erosion and sedimentation situation in the Ilam Dam watershed, first, the land use map of the study area was prepared using Landsat 8 satellite images of 2020. Then, RUSLE model was used to calculate erosion and sedimentation in different land uses. In addition, the amount of sediment delivery ratio (SDR) was calculated based on different models and SDR was equal to 0.88 and Williams and Berndt's method was introduced as the best method to calculate SDR in the study area. Based on the results of the RUSLE model, the average erosion and sedimentation of the Ilam dam watershed was estimated as 28.01 and 24.65 tons per hectare per year, respectively.

Abstract: 

There are many sediment yield resources and also sites which can traps sediment in catchments. This means the total amount of sediment can not be reaches to outlet and deposits at different places in the catchment. The delivery ratio is thus an index for the deposition within the catchment. Sediment delivery ratio (SDR) is important in watershed management and Dam siltation. Planning for strategies of the sediment control is possible only by recognizing of factors affecting SDR index; such as physiography, climate, soil, vegetation, surface runoff and generally physical characteristics of the catchment.This research work was done by the aim of determining, estimating and calibrating of the SDR index obtained from empirical methods, and determining of correlation relationships among physical characteristics and SDR, and finally to introduce a suitable method for catchments located in province. Results showed there is a correlation between Bifurcation ratio (Br) and Perimeter (P) of the studied catchments with the sediment delivery ratio (r=0.995).

Abstract: 

Background: Demographic, socioeconomic, and environmental determinants are important to population health status in all countries and diet is the main way that these factors could affect health. We aimed to conduct a sys-tematic review of recent research evidence about these determinants of household food Basket composition. Methods: The PRISMA guideline was used to the reproducibility of this systematic review. Three databases in-cluding PubMed, Scopus and Google Scholar were systematically searched from 1991 to Dec 2017. Results: Thirty four studies were included. Most studies were done in the United States. Three categories of de-terminants including the demographic, socioeconomic, and environmental define the contribution of different food groups in the household food Basket. These factors determine the healthiness of family diet. Conclusion: Many determinants affect household food Basket. Comprehensive consideration of policymakers to these factors is essential to creating and maintaining a healthy society.
